Whittier wrong-way driver who hit 25 cadets released from custody due to 'lack of evidence'

Nicholas Gutierrez, the 22-year-old driver accused of intentionally driving into a group of law-enforcement recruits in LA County, is back on the streets due to a possible lack of evidence.
