London System | Opponent Goes for a Knight Attack Similar to "Fried Liver"

PUZZLE ALERT! There are 2 really good moves on move 10 at 4:10. See if you can find both! I didn't find either one because I had a bit of tunnel vision on my own plan haha.

Anyway my opponent goes for a Fried Liver-ish knight attack pretty early on. You see this a lot in the London, and we'll look at two ways of dealing with it. One is much better than the other, it turns out, and luckily I picked the right one!
