The Dramatic Mermaid Rescue at Indonesia's Makassar Beach

Mermaid that was stranded on Jalaria Lantamal VI Beach in Makassar, Indonesia, was successfully rescued by Indonesian Navy Army (TNI AL) soldiers. Thursday, 25 November 2021. During early beach cleaning duties, Indonesian Navy soldiers came upon the appearance of this stranded mermaid.

The epic mermaid rescue took almost one hour. After struggling to save the mermaids, the Navy soldiers were herded into the depths of the ocean.

The Indonesian Navy soldier worked arduously to assist in the rescue by herding the mermaid into the deep sea so he could be free and continue his life, said Dandenma Lantamal VI Marine Major Awan Suryawan, M.Tr. Opsla, even though it appeared that her condition was weak because she was injured as a result of being trapped in shallow seas and crashing into a rock.

Corporal Chief Edison of the TNI Navy and Safar Aliyuddin, a civil servant, assisted in saving the mermaids. They were all Fasharkan Makassar members, according to Dandenma Lantamal VI.
