The passing of Chadwick Boseman shocked every Marvel universe fan. The actor who played Black Panther died of colon cancer in the year 2020.

Who might take Chadwick Boseman's place?

Another hypothesis claims that the trailer is only a flashback of Killmonger. Although Shuri would be the sole one in charge of communicating with the ancestral plane, fans in the most popular and well-known Marvel fan forum believe that both Shuri and Okoye will wear the Black Panther outfit after the teaser for "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" was published.

The idea was that Shuri would actually meet Killmonger, who would assist her in taking over as the new Black Panther, rather than her brother T'Challa.
