UFO Disclosure 2022- UAP Report Delayed

So it turned out that 2021 was not the year of UFO Disclosure, but could 2022 be it? Possibly. We may find out more when this year's UAP report is published; but it is late, very late. Why is that, and is this a good sign or a bad sign?
