Putin Says the West Is Trying to Re-write History

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday accused Western countries of re-writing world history in an attempt to "weaken" Russia and undermine its sovereignty. He says the "planting of myths" is partially responsible for the situation in Ukraine. Putin spoke from Novo-Ogaryovo in Russia on Nov. 15.
