Terrorist state: Russia’s shelling of civilian infrastructure is purposeful

The Czech Parliament recognized Russia as a sponsor of terrorism. The decision was made in accordance with the resolution of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on October 13th. All deputies voted 'for' except for the far-right eurosceptics. The same decisions were taken by a number of countries and institutions of the European Union.
