In this video we troubleshoot and diagnose the reasons behind a burned wire connected to a double pole breaker in an electrical panel.
It appears that the reason that this connection failed was that the connection was never properly tightened or torqued.
While using a torque screwdriver can be an extra step in already tedious work, there is added value through knowing that all of your connections will be set to the correct specification.
