I was actually asked this by a business owner during a recent consulting engagement. As a conservative entrepreneur, our world appears to be getting weirder by the day. The media, corporations, and even our own government seem hell-bent on pitting us against each other… conservative vs. liberal, black vs. white, pro-life vs. pro-abortion, etc. In such a hostile environment, should you be willing to hire a liberal at your business?
