Drop Box Ballots were going to the Counting Center and then secretly went to the Flagship Building on Election Day. In July 2022 - Delaware County Council approved purchasing the Flagship Corporate Center in Media for $15.4 million to house the county’s planning and housing department, the commerce center, and possibly VisitDelcoPA (2 W. Baltimore Ave.). The new systemic fraud targeted 8 swing states and 32 counties where they installed centralized counting centers to perfect their fraud. This system requires them to delete the evidence.
