When you're in a time of grief or distress, you can make a conscious effort to draw your shoulder back and lift up your chest to help alleviate some of those negative feelings.

"And that's just a tiny little change we can make everywhere. It's a very self-empowering practice to change what your body does to affect how you feel about yourself. And these changes are not just emotional—they're actually physical."
