Dear Pastor Bob: Do you think it’s a good idea to give money to TV evangelists, or is it better giving to the local Church? You often hear TV Preachers asking their viewers to sow a seed of money by sending it to their ministry.  And in return, God will bless and reward you with financial miracles. Is that Biblical?
