Labour: 'Wealthiest are getting off scot-free'

Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves says that the UK has got to close loop holes in the tax system, like the non-domicile tax status, so that the richest are taxed like other people.
She said that Labour would set out their full spending plans ahead of the next general election and lambasted the "mess that the Tories have made" adding that Labour would "grow the economy".
