Gavurdagi salad (Spoon salad)

Materials:
4 medium tomatoes (prefer firm ones)
2-3 medium cucumbers
1-2 medium purple onions
1 handful of walnuts
1 handful of pomegranate seeds

Sauce:
4 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon sumac
Salt

Preparation of:
Chop the salad ingredients very finely.
You can optionally reduce or increase the salad ingredients according to your own taste. I wrote the materials I used on average ☺️
Add oil, pomegranate syrup, lemon juice, sumac and salt and mix well. Bon appetit 🥗
