As Ukrinform reported, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported explosions in the center of the capital and a fire, several residential buildings were damaged. Rescuers and paramedics are on the scene.
The military of the Russian Federation shelled the Dnepropetrovsk region all night with rockets, Grads and heavy artillery.
