Gentle camel pose.
Start sitting on your heels.
Lift your torso up, standing on your knees, back straight.
Next, reach for your lower back, placing palms on either side of your lower back.
Then look up to the ceiling or sky, gently pushing your lower back, making it straight while bending your upper back Very gently! VERY GENTLY!
The slower you move here the more you will benefit.
Hold for as long as desired, stretching as deeply as desired or as deeply as your body will let you.
Bring yourself back up to kneeling or standing on your knees, and move as desired. The easiest way for me was to sit back on my heels, you may find different positions which are better for you, you may not.
