S03E11 Becker's Easy Eats: Easy Apple Raisin Cake

Apples, raisins and cinnamon are the smells of autumn for me! Today, I'm making an awesome cake filled with delicious apples and dotted with juicy raisins. Inspired by the French recipe, this Apple Raisin Cake can be enjoyed warm or cool with a scoop of ice cream! Try this yourself!

EASY APPLE RAISIN CAKE

Ingredients:
450g diced apples (about 3 apples)
60g raisins
195g all-purpose flour
150g granulated sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs
85g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp milk

Other Ingredients:
Orange juice to soak raisins

Optional:
Apricot jam for glazing
