For masala

Cinnamon - 2 Or 3 small pieces
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 2
Black pepper - 5 or 6
Fennel - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Kashmiri chillies - 3 or 4
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
