Dominican Republic builds wall to block undocumented migrants

The Dominican Republic is building a border wall to stop undocumented migrants entering from neighbouring Haiti.
It says it wants to prevent weapons and drug smuggling.
But rights groups say the wall will not keep desperate Haitians out.
