Am I sedentary, what is my SHBJ? You never measured my SHBJ. DHEA and vitamins not tested… which is fine. Eat fats and sleep to metabolize testosterone increase mental sharpness, improve mood, prevent depression, increase overall drive. First improve lifestyle, sleep, diet.
