In this video I share tools I have used to move from depressed states to more conscious and aware states of happiness joy and openness. Years ago I suffer from deep states of depression. I often felt stuck and unmotivated. Unfortunetly, this is often how the energy of depression feels.

However, I was able to move from a depressed stated to one of purpose by reframing the emotions I was experiencing. In this video I share three steps (and a bonus) on how I was able to dance, move, breath, forgive and connect my way to a place of positivity and expression.

I believe expression is truly the medicine for depression. Get moving, get going and let the depressed energy fade away!
