This is an episode that goes step by ever-more-complicated step telling you how to start a settlement. We also end up looting the nearby Coast Guard station, and borrowing junk from a nearby settlement - but when we leave, Egret Tours is ready for people to show up. Then we head back to Sanctuary to battle supermutants, before calling it a day at the Red Rocket.
