Went to my doctors on Monday the 1st of March. Had a really good visit. Found out that working out and eating right is working at keeping me healthy. Getting blood work done to see how everything else is doing. Looking forward to getting those results and seeing if all the supplements and everything else I take and do is working as well. (I will be going over those results as soon as they come available). When the doc asked if I wanted him to check me I said no at first. I then circle back and ask if he can check me. As he is checking my robe falls off and now I'm standing there with the robe over my arm (which fell on his head at first) shorts on the floor. Embarrassment rolls over me and I felt like I made that moment very awkward.
One of my relatives was diagnosed with ALS 3yrs ago. I was told once diagnosed you have 3 to 5 yrs to live. Very sad. Now I don't know much about. I decide to learn what causes ALS with you so follow along and maybe we both can learn something.
