The nicest chihuahua in the world!

A cute chihuahua with no control of her tongue. Her tongue got damaged trying to remove bait from a hook.
The person that was holding the fishing rod in his hand did not notice she got snagged on the hook. It got caught in her tongue and caused permanent damage as you can see.
The owner has high hopes to get her pups tongue repaired some day.
