So, Friday, April 30, 2021 Hey dude, any thoughts on Bored Apes, the art looks cool. This was late April. My mind was very much not on NFTs, the overall market was just weeks away from what would turn out to be the top. I ignored it. And how I regret that now. Because BAYC has emerged to become one of the breakout hits of this crazy bull run, inspiring comic books, coffee beans, credit cards, endless copycats and forcing copyright into the spotlight. In this episode we’ll look at the reasons why BAYC might just have been the right project at the right time, talk to those involved and try and understand where this is all going.
