Echo sound system - Tempo vai dizer

Formed by producers Pedro Dubstrong (DJ of Chocolate and known for his mixtapes), Gustavo Sola and multi-instrumentalist Gustavo Veiga (of Veiga & Salazar), Echo Sound System is not a reggae band, nor is it just a group of hip hop; is a production collective with roots in Jamaican strands, mixing diverse influences. The Echo Sound System has its intentions right in the name. Inspired by the culture of sound systems and echoing different styles of Jamaican music, they use technology to promote the reunion of reggae and rap, two genres that are not far apart. The debut album, 'Tempo vai diz' (ST2 Records), mixed by Ganjaman and Tejo (Instituto), combines these various styles.
