335 for 6 with the Buffalo Bar!

The goal is constant improvement - one more rep everytime with 335lbs!

The Buffalo Bar gets a lot of looks here, and for good reason. Used a lot in squatting, it has tremendous application for benching because it allows for an even fuller range of motion compared to the barbell for maximum muscle activation and development. Also, the bar’s curve cues you to keep your elbows in so when you do straight bar bench, it’ll cue you to “bend the bar” and will reduce the risk of injury.

I am a bodybuilder, so the full ROM is welcome in my quest for gains and tendon integrity.
