Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts WITH BACON!

I really love this dish and that is saying something. Not a big fan of sweet potatoes or brussel sprouts so for me to like this is pretty incredible. It's easy to make and really tastes better than the sum of its ingredients. I hope you will try it, trust me. It is that good! Enjoy!
