Ten Qualities of Mindfulness
Impermanence remembering, which is what mindfulness really means, that nothing stays the same.
The storm will eventually pass. Take in the moment and the past and find the good in each one.
Equanimity is being aware of what is happening but not getting caught up with it, becoming the observer. Ask yourself, is this a good thing or a bad thing? Actually, ask, how am I feeling about what is happening; then ask, is this a good or a bad thing? And change the channel. :)
