I N G R E D I E N T S
*2oz Elbow Macaroni
*3oz Fat Free Cottage Cheese
*1 Tbsp Skim Milk
*1 Scoop Collagen Protein
*1.5 Tsp Cheese Seasoning
*3oz Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
*16oz 96% Lean Ground Beef

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. In a blender, mix cottage cheese, milk, cheese powder and collagen protein together until smooth.
3. Stir cheese mix into macaroni on low heat, then add shredded cheese. Stir until melted.
4. Scoop Mac and cheese into muffin pan and refrigerate overnight (or freezer for 1 hours).
5. Remove Mac and cheese cups and coat with ground beef to form a ball.
6. Cook in air fryer at 400 F for 10 minutes.
