Ukraine War will peace talks happen?

As a Ukrainian born American citizen I can understand all that Russia has put Ukraine through. Not once has Russia tried to negotiate with Ukraine in good faith. The Minks agreements for (Donbass) were an excuse to blame Ukraine for ruskis provocations.
In this Video I cover the "terms" for "negotiation" putler and his cronies offered Ukraine and the utter contempt and disrespect they showed Zelenskiy and the Ukrainian people when Russia believed they had the upper hand. I will also cover Bucha and Irpin and why those atrocities ended any chance for putler to participate in future peace talks.
