Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge! Keto friendly,
Low carb fudge for Low Carb Dessert or keto snack
INGREDIENTS
7 oz sugar-free chocolate chips
2/3 cup powdered Sweetner
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS
1 line the inside of loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving the edges long enough to pull fudge out once it's set
2 Place chocolate chips butter and sweetener in a bowl
Microwave for1-2 minutes or until butter is melted
3 add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined
1. Pour fudge mixture inside the pan
2.  add peanut butter on the top of the fudge mixture
3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hour. Slice and serve.
