Forgive the filming. this is when I first started
3 Large Chicken Breast
3 Slices Ham
3 Slices Cheese (swiss)
Coating:
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cu Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Tsp Sage
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Can (Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
2 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
Flatten Chicken
Place Ham and Cheese on each Breast
Roll up Chicken,
Combine: Flour, Parmesan, Pepper, Paprika, Sage ,,,,,,,Coat Chicken
Refrigerate for 1 Hour
Brown in very Hot Oil
Take Soup and Chicken Broth put in Instant Pot
Put Chicken on Rack
Close, Close vent,
Cook Time for Breast
6 oz. Fresh (not frozen) 6 Minutes frozen 10 Minutes
8 oz Fresh 7 Minutes, Frozen 11 Minutes
10 oz Fresh 8 Minutes Frozen 12 Minutes
Take the total weight of Chicken (oz)
Divide that number by the number of Chicken Breast
That is your oz
Example 24 oz of chicken ,, 4 Chicken Breast,,, = 6oz 6 Minutes
