A video released on Wednesday (November 16) showed emergency workers removing and then destroying part of a cruse missile that Ukraine's emergency service said was shot down in the country's Cherkasy region.
Reuters was not able to verify the location shown in the footage or the date it was filmed.
Emergency workers were shown using equipment to pick up the missile fragment, then burying it in the ground and destroying it with an explosion that sent earth and debris shooting up into the air.
