Must See, cop calls citizen a snitch for writing a complaint on him. Sad excuse for a public servant

This is officer Rosado from willi pd, in my opinion he is the worst cop I have delt with from there. The other cops try to bring up "past interactions" that all went south because of him? Because he doesn't like cameras and is scared to be shown for what he is? Look how he treats the public the first time he followed me when I oulled over I hadn't ever filmed him before that, he brought this on himself. Willi pd likes to cut parts from complaints and find no wrong doing off of officers who are obviously very questionable characters, and these are the ppl that "investigate" they can't see it? It's sad, it's sad the deputy chief saw the lobby video and did nothing about it, That's Douglas Glode. So since they don't think my complaints are valid if anyone thinks, or don't like how this public servant acts, make sure to let the pd know, or complain. if anyone doesn't like the way any of these officers acted the first male was officer Rasado, the female was Nixon, and the supervisor was silva. willimantic pd +1 860-465-3135 22 Meadow St, Willimantic, CT 06226 Chief Paul Hussey allows this behavior and refuses to hold his officers a to any type of standard obviously, but doesn't hold them accountable.
