There hasn't been much activity on this bill since April 2022 - but the bill itself is dangerous to your liberty of being able to choose supplements for your health, even if just as simple on like vitamin C. They want to put everything that is for health under the FDA - and we know just how pathetic they are...

Keep the government out of your kitchen - follow this bill here as well as contact your Senator and Congressman to let them know you want them to vote NO to this bill... and let them know it is a lost vote in the next election if they vote otherwise.

Senate - 04/26/2022 Read twice and referred to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions.

Given the push back on the Ivermectin, HCQ, homeopathic and alternative medicines, this is a bill that needs to fail. Passage would mean the FDA controls the supplements (they currently don't) and would result in their tyrannical ways and means to determine when any supplement can be yanked from the market. If they had this power in the last 2 years, imagine the higher number of deaths and injuries as the dietary supplements have save and healed millions.
