Sun salutations are a great way to start off the day. Sun sals can warm up the body on a cold day, strengthen and balance the muscles, and can relax and focus the mind. I challenge you to start your day with them! Get out of bed, onto your mat and do 5 sun salutations everyday for a week...2 weeks...a month? How long can you go!?
