Does XenoPax Optimize increase my FPS in MechWarrior 5? Part 2 -1080p

After reading comments from the previous experiment we've changed things up a little bit. This time we will be running in 1080p Full Screen and VSYNC turned off. I've also downloaded XenoArgh's XenoPax Art Optimizer to see what effect it might have. We test all of this in vanilla and in what i consider a fairly representative modded state including vonBiomes.
