We are wretched without Jesus

Human nature is fallen and sinful! Every single fiber of us is more inclined towards sin and not to holiness.
We are selfish and our human heart is decayed! Regardless of all this, Jesus loves us so much and He gave His life for us, so we can be set free of sin and death! Our nature will not have power over us, but as we are born again The Holy Spirit will!
No wonder apostle Paul screamed in anguish when he saw his human nature, but full of gratitude once again proclaimed the redeeming work of Jesus in our life!
