Crowds cheer as Ukrainian troops enter Kherson city centre

Social media footage appears to show Ukrainian troops being greeted with delight by crowds who had waited to welcome them. Elsewhere in the region, people were seen celebrating the withdrawal by tearing down Russian billboards and flying Ukrainian flags.
