Food inflation hitting Canadians hard this Thanksgiving

A shortage of fresh turkeys is expected this year as Thanksgiving approaches and that could have a major impact on households in western Canada, but that doesn’t mean it won’t have a ripple effect in the east.

Thanksgiving classics cost noticeably more this year from pumpkin pie to potatoes and cranberries.

Nearly a quarter of Canadians are making changes because of higher food prices.
