In this video, I am making a sticky gingerbread flavored cinnamon roll. The smell is amazing as it bakes! I have many tips and tricks to working with fresh milled flour. I also had some unexpected plans, so I had to adapt, and refrigerate the shaped dough, and then bake them the next morning. Which actually all worked out for the best!
