This reading was actually more challenging for me and I had to read the cards both vertical and horizontal to connect the sequence of events along with cause & effect. I hope my attempt to do a Tarot reading on the civilian situation in Saudi Arabi provides you with some helpful information.

Current Situation:
The current situation shows that they are withdrawing within themselves and not reaching out and emotionally connecting or helping others. There is either a lack of or distrust of inner wisdom as they follow the external world shows the or tells them to do. Society is in the process of leaving a situation and looking towards the future.

Developing Energy:
Things have been set in motion, and the results my be undesirable and there is a general sense of defenselessness as hidden secrets are being revealed.

Expected Future:
People will be sticking to tradition and what has been written for them to do, they may emotionally re-engage with the environment as they work on developing new skills.

Grounding and Crowning Message:
What grounds them is a lack of expected results for all the work they put in. What challenge they face in the future will be to be able to apply and show the skills that they have been developing.

Putting it all together and linking it up the cards:

Withdrawing and refusing to emotionally connect with or understand others can bring a sense of defenselessness due to a lack of understanding how to engage in or deal with others. That can cause someone to rely on tradition in how to they engage with others in society. Tradition or paths that have been laid out for them and decided on by authority figures.

A withdrawal into intense self-care to the point of being unable to care for others will leave a really strong imprint on a person’s social sphere, like an undesirable reputation that leaves them out of certain things. Then the person must emotionally re-engage with the environment to understand what happened and deal with it somehow.

When inner guidance is not available or rejected, a person will look outwards for truth and guidance. This constant looking towards others can cause hidden agendas and secrets to be revealed. Once a person learns of this, they can work on skills based on the information they found.

The extra cards I pulled show that they left a situation that is no longer serving them and are now looking to the future. This brought about a sense of defenselessness and undesirable consequences, but it also revealed some useful secrets.

Tradition still guides them as they seek to engage with others as they develop skills that are related to the information they uncovered.

Revisiting Grounding & Crowning Cards + Details:

There is a general lack of results shown in this reading and how people are very dissatisfied with what their work brings to them.

They can still find a sense of balance with the flow of events despite of worries and lack of perception. But worries combined with a lack of perception is an undesirable combination and can lead people to bad judgement calls or overly aggressive judgementalism. Not being able to come to terms with the self and one’s personal history can blind a person to what they have done and how they can change their situation.

Note:

Overall, this was a difficult reading for me to do, it looked like a lot of things were held internally which blocked the showing of results in the external realm. Resolve is the word that came to mind. A lack of resolve and a leaning onto tradition.
