Self filmed archery buck! First video buck harvest, and he hit a home run!

Congrats on this beautiful Illinois buck Wags! His First ever self filmed deer hunt and he hit a home run on it! Join us for the hunting action from our Southern Illinois farm, Mid November 2022. My son Alan and his buddy Justin, aka 'Wags,' took a road trip down to our Southern Illinois hunting land and farm all the way from Vermont. Wags has been hunting his entire life in Vermont, and needless to say the bucks don't get very big in Vermont due to a bunch of different reasons, not the least of which might be abundant food sources, or poor genetics, or over hunting, but whatever the reasons, bow hunting in Southern Illinois is such a treat for these 2 guys! This buck harvest was on a fall food plot, that was supposed to be a brassica food plot, but due to severe drought, it ended up being mostly a winter wheat plot.
