In Fulton County, the activist judge that told Brian Kemp that he had to testify in the Grand Jury is the same judge that ruled the GA heartbeat bill was unconstitutional. Remember the Heartbeat Bill in GA only won by 1 vote. Now the Dobbs decision is based on the MS law that was challenged in law. Several states passed abortion banning laws that was triggered when Roe v Wade was overturned. What we need to watch is for the AG to issue a Stay to keep the law in place until the Supreme Court rules. This judge doesn’t have the authority to roll it back.
