Former President Trump calls for constitutional amendment for congressional term limits

During his 2024 campaign announcement speech at Mar-a-Lago, Former President Trump called for congressional reforms, including congressional term limits by constitutional amendment, a ban on taxpayer funding of campaigns, and a lifetime ban on lobbying for former members of Congress.
