How Narcissists re write reality. The typical Narcissist response when challenged or confronted about their lies and bad behaviour. Its called DARVO and its an acronym for - DENY, ATTACK, REVERSE VICTIM, OPPRESSOR. Stay STRONG, stay BRAVE and STAY NARC FREE LOVELY. Keeping a JOURNAL or DIARY helps when dealing with the Narcissists lies. The Narcissist/abuser will always try gaslight you and rewrite reality to diminish and down play their role. They will try role reversal to make YOU (and others) believe that you have wronged them. By keeping a diary and taking notes as evidence you allow yourself to stay reality based and not get drawn into the Narcissists false narrative.
