In 2012, the University of Rochester, in New York, found a planet in the constellation of Centaurus. The planet is 433 light years from earth, and it is named J 1 4 0 7 b.
With its incredibly massive rings, the planet resembles Saturn. Its rings are approximately 643 times bigger than Saturn, which is equivalent to 89 million kilometres in diameter. Because of its massive rings, it is also known as "the lord of the rings". If we replace the rings of Saturn with the rings of J 1 4 0 7 b, it will overwhelm our night sky. In the future J 1 4 0 7 b will lose its rings, as they will turn into its moons.
