3 Important KEYS for a more Painterly Style
Most painters want to have a looser, more "painterly" look, but it can be a struggle to get away from a tight painting style. In this short video, I'll show you 3 of the most important elements that I incorporate into paintings when I want that painterly look. Easy enough for the beginner and interesting enough for the more experienced painter.
This channel is designed to encourage the beginner and more advanced artists. I believe if you can be taught to read and write, you can be taught to paint!
I'm currently doing a series of small, daily paintings. I also have full-length tutorials on Skill Share if you'd like to have more detailed instruction.
I will be posting a lot of tips and techniques. A main focus will be to help you IDENTIFY PROBLEM AREAS in your paintings and HOW TO CORRECT THEM. Subscribe today so you don't miss any new posts!
