Ex-Ottawa police chief heard 'freedom convoy' would be 'weekend event'

Former Ottawa police chief Peter Sloly testified at the Emergencies Act public hearings that briefings he received from his chain of command leading up to the ‘freedom convoy’ suggested it would only last a weekend.
